Can you tell me more about the space in the crashpad?

This crashpad supplies cold beds, meaning your bed is assigned only to you. We are located only 1 mile away from LAX so it’s super convenient to commute. We are one of the most spacious crashpads in the area. Consisting of three floors, three bedrooms and four bathrooms, we can ensure you will not feel crammed in our space.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and an additional bathroom is located on the second floor. We take pride in maintaining our crashpad as a clean, safe and respectful environment. On the second floor, we provide a common area for our guests to enjoy. It includes a living room, TV, full kitchen, dining area, workspace, laundry facility, vanity space, as well as an  iron space. The first floor also includes a Skylounge allowing our guests to store their belongings, get ready, and change into their uniform before a shift. The bedrooms are located on the first and third floor. We ensure these areas are treated as quiet zones, allowing our guests to rest well without getting disturbed.

Is there a limit to the number of nights I can stay per month?

Please be aware that this is a commuter crashpad and it’s not meant to be a full-time living space. We do not enforce the limit of days; however, we encourage everyone to feel like this is your home away from home. Our guests typically stay for about 5-10 days per month. If exceeded consistently, we will address case by case.

As adults, we just ask everyone to use common sense. Please understand this is a shared space and we should all be respectful of each other. We request each guest to clean, be quiet around others when they are sleeping, and throw out the garbage when it’s full. Overall common sense matters. Our guests have all been well mannered and respectful. We want to ensure we only allow individuals who will help keep the environment this way.

Are the units clean?

Yes! We take great pride in our clean facilities. Someone comes in twice a month to clean. We request our guests to assist in cleaning their part. We always make sure to have all cleaning products available.

May I cook and make my own food in the unit?

Yes, of course. The common area in the crashpad (kitchen, laundry room and living room) is located on the 2nd floor. (away from the rooms). We supply all kitchenware. We request our guests to keep the kitchen clean and throw away spoiled food.

Can I have packages sent to the unit?

Yes, but at your own risk. You are more than welcome to have packages sent. However, we cannot guarantee the receipt. First Class Crashpad is not responsible for missing items.

How many people are there per night?

There are roughly 0 to 6 people in the crashpad at any given night. Of course there could be more or less, but more than 6 is a rarity.
