Time to say goodbye?
When you need to move out, please kindly let us know with a 30-day notice using this form below. In order to avoid confusions, this form will be your only official record, regardless if you have sent one of us an email or text already. Deposit will only be returned upon a 30-day notice and a successful check-out inspection.
Check-out Procedure
As this month is your last month at First Class Crashpad, we would like to remind everyone of the check out procedures.
Please notify First Class management 30 days in advance if you will no longer be needing the crashpad.
Provide the check-out date to First Class management as soon as you know what date that is. This will help ensure that someone is there to collect the key and perform a check of the properties.
Do no forget to take your sheets, pillow, bed cover with you.
Clean out the kitchen storage bin and refrigerator space dedicated to your space.
Send us the pictures of spaces clean and the picture of the key inside your dry storage area (you can see on example on how to do this on the information booklet on top of the table)

Once these procedures are performed, we will be refund your $100 deposit. It typically occurs in the first 2-3 days of the month. As always, please reach out to one of us to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
